Robert Palermo

Founder & CEO

As Chief Executive Officer for Clinity Talent, Robert Palermo oversees the company’s vision, strategic management, and overall growth and performance. He’s the supporter of everyone, and booster of positivity.

Robert founded Clinity Talent with a mission to change the way how healthcare recruitment has been viewed for the many years it’s been around. With a mindset on emphasis for connection, and less transactional, Robert’s goals are to develop strong lasting relationships with our partners, listen with care, and provide pivotal solutions throughout the many different cycles of the hiring process. While it can be challenging at times, yet motivating, Robert aims in doing the best that he can in whatever scenario is presented to him. He’s passionate, energetic, real, and honest.

Robert has 10+ years of industry experience. He’s recruited talent, account managed, signed on clients, oversaw staff, and scaled two healthcare divisions at two major staffing firms reporting multi-millions in revenue. Robert says, “Without the team, there is no success”. When it comes to team building, Robert does his best to ensure there’s top notch training while offering a workplace home with great mental wellbeing.

A few fun facts about Robert is that he’s a graduate from Rutgers University where he double majored in Human Resources and Psychology, he’s a wanderlust, music lover, a huge foodie, an avid gamer, and a big advocate for retail therapy. Robert claims his roots in New Jersey/NYC, but calls Montana his “home away from home” and is of Hispanic decent with a splash of Italian. Robert also enjoys hanging out with family, and friends, and giving back to those in need.

As Vice President for Clinity Talent, Kayla is responsible for the growth and development of the sales team. Kayla has an extensive background in Healthcare and Life Sciences, with a keen eye for acquiring top talent, and maintaining strong relationships.

Kayla is no stranger to a challenge. Through her tenacity and competitive spirit, she has made a name for herself in the world of staffing. Kayla’s multiple President’s Club achievements, numerous quarterly recruitment awards, and proven ability to exponentially surpass high goals and expectations, has firmly established Kayla as a leader in her field. Under Kayla’s leadership, her team has rose to the top with their unmatched drive, goal-oriented attitude, and dedication to clients. Kayla is excited to be part of this top caliber organization, and is looking forward to achieving great outcomes with her team!

A former Seattleite turned Chicagoan, when Kayla is not working, you can find her at an airport near you racking up airline miles and collecting passport stamps, trying new restaurants, watching all things Real Housewives and Bravo TV, and at a dog park with her Maltipoo Lola and Old English Sheepdog McLovin.

Ashley Freeman

Ashley Freeman is a hardworking and passionate professional, driven to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Prior to her career in Healthcare Staffing, Ashley had extensive experience in Human Services, Behavioral Health, and Healthcare as an IBCLC. She continuously expands her knowledge to support those in need and demonstrates her commitment to assisting the community.

Ashley’s staffing experience includes years of recruiting, account management and management. In her most recent role as a Recruiting Manager, she excelled in team development and process refinement, creating a winning team and earning recognition and admiration from supervisors and peers. Now, Ashley embarks on an exciting new chapter, joining the ranks of Clinity Talent, where she will leverage her expertise to drive business growth and recruit exceptional talent. Her unwavering dedication to transforming lives and leaving a lasting mark makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

Originally born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia, Ashley and her family moved to the Atlanta area in 2017. During her free time, you’ll likely find Ashley attempting to garden, or watching her kids play baseball and softball. She enjoys: playing Texas Hold ‘Em; being at the beach; camping and fishing; delicious food; fantasy football; and people who can make her laugh.

Tom Mandeville

Vice President

Tom Mandeville, a seasoned professional with seven years of recruitment and staffing experience, excels in both recruitment and sales. Known for connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities, Tom’s strategic mindset crafts tailored solutions for lasting client relationships. Proudly rooted in Madison, Wisconsin, he’s also a passionate supporter of the Packers, Badgers, Brewers, and the Milwaukee Bucks.

Outside the professional realm, Tom enjoys refining his golf skills, unwinding to jazz music, and staying active with workouts. A gamer at heart, he finds enjoyment in the immersive world of video games. Tom’s positive demeanor and good-natured humor bring a refreshing perspective to both recruitment and sales processes.
